AI Educator Tools is an independent editorial publication. Every AI tool listing, review, and article on this site follows the standards below. If we ever fall short, please tell us.

How we review AI tools for education

Each AI tool in our directory is evaluated by working educators across five dimensions: pedagogy, safeguarding, data and privacy, classroom usability, and value for money. We require evidence of GDPR, COPPA, and FERPA handling before listing any tool used with under-18s.

Our independence

We do not accept payment from AI tool vendors in exchange for positive reviews, listing, or ranking. Sponsored content is clearly labelled. Affiliate links, where used, are disclosed and do not influence editorial scoring.

Sources, citations, and corrections

Articles cite primary research, government guidance, and direct interviews with educators. If we publish an error, we correct it transparently and timestamp the update. Educators can request corrections through our contact page.

Author and reviewer credentials

All authors and reviewers are working educators or recognised AI education specialists. Author bios link to their public credentials and prior work. Founding editor Dan Fitzpatrick is a teacher, four-time bestselling author on AI in education, and government adviser.
